We provide shipping services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as well as selected Gulf and European countries. If your location falls outside our shipping coverage, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Our goal is to deliver your products within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation for deliveries within the UAE. For Gulf and European countries, delivery times may vary between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance requirements.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. For orders within the UAE, free shipping may be available for purchases exceeding a specified amount.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase. Sure Test Kit is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
In case the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our logistics partner may attempt a redelivery or leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling.
For international shipments to Gulf and European countries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their respective countries. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer support team at help@suretestkit.com. Include your order details and photographs of any damage for resolution. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product.
