We also accept exchanges. If you'd like a different product or variant, simply initiate a return and place a new order once your return is accepted. Our team is here to assist if you need help with this process.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no additional cost.
